Since founding DC House Granny flats, I have moved from operations into a sales role. DC House Granny Flats began largely as an investor builder adding value to existing site with an additional dwelling and increasing the ROI. We have branched into the private client market this year winning best steel home building in south east QLD and building various sized granny flats for family, additional rental income or home office space. My role is engaging with clients to realise their dream granny flat through one of our existing design or a customised dwelling. I love meeting new clients and running them through our build journey insuring that trust and communication are paramount.
